As a confirmed mental-body addict, I've spent most of my life not relating to my physical body. Until I started taking classes with Victoria, I wasn't even aware that the body had anything to tell me, other than "pain, take a pill." Using the information and practices she has shared in the Conscious Embodiment series, and most recently in Living into Luminous Possibilities, I am now able to feel the energy in my body and work with issues on an energetic level.
