8/11 and 8/25 — Spiraling Back on the Basics of Spirituality and Mysticism
Join us for the second month in a new series to re-visit the fundamentals of awakening to enlightened consciousness while living and working in a world in major transition. The birth of a new paradigm brings with it energies and timelines that are constantly upgrading as they continue to steer us into more refined and rarefied frequencies, while at the same time amplifying anything and everything that is out of resonance with these energies. During this month’s calls on August 11th & 25th, at 8:00am PDT we continue our spiral back on the first cornerstone of authentic Self-Discovery in Module One — Meditation. From the vantage point of our current perspective we will delve into the esoteric and practical aspects of this ancient yet timely practice, with its scientifically proven capacity to reduce stress and cultivate heightened awareness in all aspects of our lives.
With guidance from Victoria’s personal experience of nearly 50 years and includes meditation styles from multiple traditions; to address both how and why to integrate this as a daily practice. Simply put, meditation is essential to our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual/mystical well-being. And fundamental if we seek to know our own true nature as Divinity Embodied.
